Hardware Principal Engineer; CA

Requirements:

• Networking Ethernet background
• Expertise in High-Speed Ethernet Serdes interfaces: NRZ, PAM-4 100G
• Expertise in Ethernet Physical Layer (Layer
  1) - Serdes, MAC, PCS, including debugging L1 issues for interoperability
• Strong background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, Thermal analysis, Multi-lane crosstalk analysis, and RF applications related to IC packaging and PCB design
• Experience with tools:
  Hyper Lynx, Ansoft SIWave, HFSS, ADS, Sigrity, Power
  
  SI, Power
  
  DC, Cadence Allegro, Polar stack-up
• Ability to perform schematic and layout reviews effectively
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language:
  Python, Perl, or Unix shell
• Knowledge of MATLAB and Python is a plus
• Ability to operate equipment:
  Servers (Windows/Linux), oscilloscopes, traffic generators (Ixia/Spirent/Xena), environmental chambers, thermal heads, Keysight VNA/TDR
• Capability to program high-speed/optics modules and connect with various modules: LR, SR, ZR, ZR4, AECs, etc.
