EHS Manager for eMobility in Raleigh

Location: Raleigh

Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives at Siemens' eMobility manufacturing in Raleigh, NC. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

As the EHS Manager for eMobility North America, you will oversee safety programs and engage closely with engineering and operations teams. Your leadership will focus on developing EHS policies, conducting audits, and driving safety initiatives on the factory floor. You are a critical player in reducing risk and enhancing safety culture across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EHS programs supporting eMobility manufacturing

• Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures

• Manage EHS audits and certification processes

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safe work practices

• Investigate incidents and manage injury cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or related fields

• 10+ years in EHS leadership within manufacturing

• Experience with internal auditing and compliance

• Ability to travel approximately 15%

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
