Project Manager for IAMGOLD Côté Gold

Location: Algoma, Sudbury District and Greater Sudbury (Chelmsford)

Lead groundbreaking projects at IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold Mine. This site-based role demands strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to sustainability and safety.

IAMGOLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major capital projects at its Côté Gold operation. You will manage project phases from engineering and construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring timelines and budgets align with IAMGOLD's Zero Harm values. This position requires strong technical knowledge, operational understanding, and the ability to mentor site engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution and coordination efforts

• Develop comprehensive Project Execution Plans

• Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and risks

• Oversee safe field execution and resource management

• Prepare and manage RFPs and procurement processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Engineering

• 10+ years in project management or engineering

• Mining or industrial construction experience

• Expertise in brownfield projects and commissioning

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
