This full-time position is essential for supporting R&D functions and managing new product introductions. You will apply your advanced knowledge of cutting-edge bearing design, manufacturing, and materials while participating in cost reduction initiatives. Engage with various functional teams and interface with customers on technical projects for optimal product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced knowledge of bearing design and materials

• Support R&D and other aerospace divisions effectively

• Ensure product manufacturability in new introductions

• Participate in cost reduction initiatives with teams

• Interface with customers on technical manufacturing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

• CAD proficiency in Unigraphics or Pro/E

• Strong attention to detail and precision writing skills

• In-depth knowledge of bearing manufacturing practices

• Experience with MS Office and Access
