In this role, you will be a critical presence at Encoded Therapeutics, working on single-use manufacturing systems within the gene therapy production facility. Through effective collaboration with various teams, you’ll facilitate operational improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A strong command of engineering principles and equipment lifecycle is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and application of site engineering standards

• Execute full lifecycle management of automation and equipment

• Coordinate real-time manufacturing troubleshooting

• Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation with QA

• Ensure compliance with EHS and cGMP regulations

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Bioengineering)

• 5-9 years of experience in the biotech industry

• Proven abilities in facility and process engineering

• Knowledge of single-use technology and FDA regulations

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Lead site engineering initiatives that improve efficiency and patient outcomes at Encoded Therapeutics.
