We are actively seeking a skilled Methods Engineer with aerospace experience to join our team immediately.

Your role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes for aircraft parts and assemblies.

As a vital part of our operations, you will leverage your hands-on experience in methods engineering to develop and enhance processes for both metallic and composite aerostructures. Your knowledge of specific assembly techniques and repair processes will be critical in ensuring high-quality manufacturing outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop manufacturing processes for aircraft parts

• Optimize integration and flow chart preparation

• Apply expertise in riveting and bonding processes

• Perform repairs on metallic and composite structures

• Implement manufacturing facility controls and NDT practices

Requirements:

• In-depth experience in the aerospace industry

• Proficient in GD&T and engineering drawing evaluation

• Strong background in abrasive machining processes

• Understanding of NDT techniques like ultrasonic inspection

• Experience with composite material manufacturing processes
