We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Regulatory and Permitting Specialist in our Burnaby, Victoria, Whitehorse, or Calgary offices. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring successful environmental approvals for complex projects, particularly in mining, while strategically guiding teams through critical milestones in the regulatory process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define regulatory strategies from project inception to approval

• Manage comprehensive EA processes and compliance frameworks

• Lead discussions with regulators and Indigenous communities

• Ensure technical quality of EA submissions and applications

• Provide mentoring and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant EA and permitting experience

• Strong advisory capabilities for complex regulatory issues

• Advanced degree in related disciplines preferred

• Familiarity with multiple regulatory environments

• Proven ability to influence in high-stakes scenarios
