Join our dynamic team as a Lead Project Engineer, focusing on Forklift and Telehandler innovation. Manage multiple projects with a dedicated focus on product development and team leadership.

The role requires leading project execution from conception through delivery, ensuring strong alignment with engineering standards. You will develop project plans, conduct root cause analyses, and facilitate communication across teams. Ideal candidates will demonstrate problem-solving capabilities in complex situations while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development cycles and project plans

• Lead root cause analysis and support quality initiatives

• Create and manage project schedules and resources

• Mentor engineers in a cross-functional team

• Manage testing procedures for heavy machinery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, focusing on Mechanical or Agricultural

• 7-10 years of engineering experience

• Advanced 3D modeling skills in relevant software

• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and safety

• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license required
