Manufacturing Engineer at Badger

Elevate your engineering career as a Manufacturing Engineer  this role, you'll design tooling and optimize manufacturing processes while ensuring safety and compliance.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop effective methods for new products that align with design specifications. With over three years of experience and a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, you will meet and exceed Badger’s high service standards. Your responsibilities also include working on CAD designs, layouts, and collaborating on manufacturing flow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes

• Design tooling to support production methods

• Create layout drawings to enhance production flow

• Research manufacturing technologies and methodologies

• Set performance targets to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience

• Professional Engineer certification or eligibility

• Proficient in CAD software, preferably Solid Works

• Experience with CNC, welding, and robotics technologies
