Position: Michelin Grants Bilingual Process Engineer Role

Become a Bilingual Process Engineer with Michelin in Granton, Nova Scotia. Oversee quality planning and process improvements in a leading rubber component manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will take charge of quality standards implementation while working closely with both local and global customers. Your participation will include design and evaluation of tests for various materials and methodologies. You'll also monitor production quality to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in establishing quality standards for processes

• Implement corrective actions for manufacturing improvements

• Conduct tests to evaluate process adjustments

• Serve as a liaison for customer queries and issues

• Monitor production performance and quality metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial setting is preferred

• Mechanical equipment awareness

• Full fluency in both English and French

• Proficiency in developing digital tools
