Valiant TMS, a global industry leader, is looking for a dynamic Additive Manufacturing and Spare Parts Engineer to join our team. • Support the ongoing development of 3D printing best‑practice guidelines.
• Assess manufacturing feasibility and prepare quotes for customer 3D printing, scanning, and design requirements.
• Process incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze and modify CAD data to support part printability, structural integrity, and optimized print orientation.
• Clean, inspect, measure, and validate 3D‑printed parts for dimensional accuracy, fit, and function.
• Complete quality reports and related documentation as required.

• Provide timely, professional customer support while building strong client relationships and identifying business opportunities to support monthly spare parts sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Procurement to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Liaise with internal departments to reduce inventory through the sale of excess or obsolete items.
• Work with outside service providers to determine certification costs.
• Maintain key databases, including price lists, approved supplier lists, CRM records, and historical purchase data in SAP.
• Process incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare reports related to sales generation, site visits, and customer communications.

• Experience:
  • Hands‑on experience in 3D printing, including a strong understanding of 3D printing capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to interpret and work from 2D engineering drawings.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with industry‑standard CAD software.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of 3D scanning, data acquisition, point‑cloud manipulation, and creation water‑tight models.
  • Ability to define, utilize, and process mechanical design data.
  • Understanding of equipment lifecycle cost, MTBF, MTBE, and equipment availability is considered an asset.

The expected annual compensation for this position is $70,000.00 – $85,000.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, or location.
