As part of our Engineering Team, you will be instrumental in maximizing throughput and ensuring timely delivery for high-precision optical systems. This position involves collaborating with various teams on capacity analysis, automation, and the application of lean manufacturing principles to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improvement through process and value-stream mapping

• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities

• Aid in strategic roadmaps for new technology

• Optimize factory layouts to meet program needs

• Conduct feasibility studies and FMEA reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing setting

• Progressing towards P.Eng license

• Experience with high-mix production environments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
