Position: CenerTech Field Chemical Engineer Role
Location: Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)

Cener Tech Canada Ltd. seeks a Field Chemical Engineer with strong technical support skills to aid in operations in Fort McMurray. This position emphasizes chemical application and problem-solving.

This role invites candidates with at least three years of field experience in technical support related to chemicals in oil sands. You will engage in daily on-site testing, gather data, and report findings to ensure compliance and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the resolution of technical issues and the optimization of processes on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site testing, sampling, and daily reporting

• Address and communicate technical issues to support teams

• Oversee chemical logistics and manage on-site supplies

• Ensure safe transportation and handling of chemicals

• Document and submit reports on chemical performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or similar

• 3+ years in chemicals application in a field setting

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

• Capable of working in harsh weather conditions
