At BIOVECTRA, you'll take on managing process design from bench to scale-up while ensuring adherence to best practices. You will conduct engineering analyses, execute project deliverables, and lead cross-functional collaborations to develop robust commercial processes. Your technical expertise will be showcased in business development, supporting over 100 clients across the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design from bench to scale-up

• Enforce best practices for technology transfer

• Perform process engineering for cycle time and risk analysis

• Collaborate with teams on Critical Process Parameters

• Select and motivate department personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree

• Two years of leadership experience

• Six years in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Experience with drug substance projects

• Basic understanding of regulatory standards
