In this role, you will oversee the capture process from RFQ receipt to contract award. Collaborating closely with Business Development and stakeholders, you will maintain customer relationships and guide cost modeling efforts to optimize proposals. Engage in risk analysis and ensure compliance to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on strategic capture planning and proposals

• Maintain customer relationships through capture phases

• Lead detailed cost modeling activities

• Drive Capture Team Reviews with leadership

• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses for proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management

• 5-10 years of comprehensive project lifecycle experience

• Ability to shape competitive bids effectively

• Proven leadership in motivating teams

• Strong interpersonal skills for lasting relationships
