Reporting directly to the Production Foreman, the Field Operator Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards while supervising a multi-disciplinary team. A strong foundation in operating sweet gas compressors and sour gas battery facilities is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize environment, health, and safety in all tasks

• Provide mentorship to team members and contractors

• Maintain and operate upstream oil and gas wells

• Identify and recommend procedure corrections

• Monitor costs and production to meet objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• 8 years of operating experience required

• GPO/PFO certification and/or 4th Class Power Engineering

• Competency in Microsoft Office and Paramount software

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license essential
