LEAN Manufacturing Lead at RTX

Location: Lake Simcoe West Shore (Oro)

Enhance operational excellence as the LEAN Manufacturing Lead ve continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with teams to implement data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will lead the deployment of LEAN methodologies to boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with functional leaders to spot process improvement opportunities and conduct hands-on workshops and Kaizen events. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, utilizing CORE tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LEAN methodologies deployment across the facility

• Facilitate Kaizen events and training workshops

• Utilize CORE tools to recommend corrective actions

• Monitor effectiveness of LEAN initiatives

• Support site-level Continuous Improvement roadmaps

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing or Business Management

• 3+ years in operations or process improvement

• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma

• Proven track record in leading projects

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
