Lead geological initiatives with a focus on underground gold projects in Canada. Our Project Geology Manager will oversee resource evaluation, model development, and exploration targeting while managing a team.

This pivotal role involves strategic leadership in geological activities that support an underground gold development project. As the Project Geology Manager, you'll guide resources, provide technical expertise, and collaborate closely with various departments. Your aim will be to uphold the highest standards in geological modelling, exploration, and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead geological activities for resource evaluation and modelling

• Develop strategies to advance project goals and resource growth

• Oversee geological modelling and ensure reporting compliance

• Manage exploration and drilling programs effectively

• Collaborate with engineering for mine planning and design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology or related field

• Professional Geoscientist designation required

• 10+ years in underground geology experience

• Significant experience in resource estimation and modelling

• Leadership experience in managing geological teams
