Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Reporting to the Manager of IT Ontario Operations, this position requires your technical prowess in building and maintaining networks essential for operational technology. You will lead initiatives to support network strategies and upgrades while ensuring seamless communication throughout the mining sites. This role reflects Agnico Eagle’s dedication to environmental stewardship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement LTE/5G networks and industrial Ethernet solutions

• Lead global telecommunication system enhancements

• Conduct RF designs and site assessments at mining areas

• Work collaboratively on industrial network initiatives

• Monitor network performance and resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in RF engineering or telecommunications

• Extensive understanding of LTE and industrial wireless

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills

• Previous mining or industrial experience highly valued

• Flexibility for regional travel in Ontario
