Senior Project Manager for Civil Engineering

Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Manage large-scale municipal projects as a Senior Project Manager in civil engineering. Oversee project coordination, budgeting, and deliverable tracking for optimal results.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary design teams, focus on quality reviews, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Your task is to efficiently manage the financial aspects of projects, including careful documentation and communication with stakeholders, all while using MS Project for scheduling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical reviews and drawings of project deliverables

• Ensure project schedules are adhered to and reported accurately

• Track project finances and maintain proper records

• Handle purchase order requests and invoicing processes

• Communicate with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering required

• Six years of experience in municipal engineering roles

• Valid P. Eng. registration necessary

• PMP certification preferred

• Strong CAD knowledge and experience with MS Project
