In this position, you will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in automobile production. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, optimizing processes, and supporting engineering changes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational excellence while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement effective manufacturing process solutions

• Conduct feasibility and capability studies for new initiatives

• Manage BOM development and process routing accuracy

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives within projects

• Support the Maintenance department with tooling troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering, ideally automotive

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Familiar with CAD software and manufacturing processes

• Experience with ERP systems and Quality Management Systems

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and principles
