Planner​/Scheduler at Ultra Maritime

In the role of Scheduler/Planner at Ultra Maritime, you will create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, aiding in the execution of complex naval programs. This position requires working closely with stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity and addressing any potential risks or issues. Your analytical capabilities will be critical in supporting project governance and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze Integrated Master Schedules for projects

• Assist with project planning and Work Breakdown Structures

• Monitor and report on schedule performance and variances

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address schedule updates

• Act as subject-matter expert on schedule management

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field is essential

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling for defense projects

• Expertise in MS Project or similar software

• Willingness to obtain NATO Secret clearance

• Strong communication and coordination skills
