Position: Pharmaceutical Mechanical Engineer Contract
Location: West Dublin

Ascend PM is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to take on a contract role with a pharmaceutical company in West Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to medical device development.

In the Global Dublin Device Engineering team, you will support both sustaining efforts and new product development. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in regulated environments, with a strong foundation in designing mechanical components. Proficiency in Solid Works is crucial for creating and testing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering activities for product development

• Lead the design of electro-mechanical assemblies

• Develop and document test plans and protocols

• Collaborate on technical reviews with teams

• Manage prototype construction and performance evaluation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering

• Hands-on prototype development skills

• Solid Works proficiency required

• Strong command of MS Office tools
