Position: Goodyear Leadership Development Program
Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

Accelerate your career in manufacturing with Goodyear's Leadership Development Program. Experience extensive training in various roles while focusing on process optimization at the Napanee site.

The program consists of three-month rotations to provide hands-on experience and shadow industry leaders. You’ll work closely with a Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, and others to contribute to meaningful plant improvement projects. In addition, you'll develop your understanding of critical manufacturing processes and complete necessary management courses designed for new leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake three-month role rotations under experienced leaders

• Engage in hands-on plant optimization projects

• Document your learnings in comprehensive reports

• Complete specialized management courses for future leaders

• Tackle challenge assignments to enhance practical skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Proximity to Napanee is required

• Strong interest in process and quality engineering

• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

• Proficient in personal computers and networking
