Become the key point of contact in naval engineering at Thales in Mill Bay, Canada. This full-time hybrid role focuses on managing maintenance schedules for Arctic and Offshore vessels.

As a Naval Engineering Maintenance Liaison, you'll integrate with the Royal Canadian Navy's Fleet Engineering Readiness team. This pivotal position requires strong technical knowledge, allowing you to prioritize and rectify deficiencies in service schedules for specific naval vessels. Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders ensures timely solutions and successful collaboration throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for Fleet Engineering Readiness (FER)

• Manage and prioritize repair workflows on coastal platforms

• Resolve issues and facilitate communication effectively

• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to review ship schedules

• Track and report on key performance indicators for service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year technical diploma in marine field

• At least 5 years of experience in the marine sector

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to obtain NATO Secret Level Security Clearance
