In this significant role, you will focus on developing structural designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with industry standards and overseeing junior designers in their assignments. This is an opportunity to contribute to critical national defense initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design solutions for integration into naval platforms

• Draft technical specifications and system designs

• Analyze and assess changes in marine structural elements

• Check compliance of junior designers’ outputs

• Engage in the development of internal design processes

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering Technology

• Eight years of experience in structural design

• Registration as AScT, CET, or PEng

• Proficient in CAD software, especially Solid Works and AutoCAD

• Eligible for Canadian Secret Security Clearance
