Position: Full-Time Municipal Engineer Role
Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

Join RVA as a Municipal Project Engineer in Sudbury, where you can apply your engineering skills on vital municipal projects. This full-time role combines technical expertise and collaboration.

At RVA, we are looking for a Project Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering and a valid P.Eng designation for comprehensive project involvement. You will engage in design, assessments, and liaise with various stakeholders while ensuring successful project execution. Your experience in municipal road and sewer design will be invaluable, along with your role in training junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop designs for road reconstructions and water systems

• Provide engineering expertise for multi-disciplinary projects

• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors

• Contribute to business development initiatives

• Assist in training junior team members

Requirements:

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

• Active P.Eng registration in Ontario

• 4-14 years in watermain and sewer design

• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Understanding of local construction standards
