In this internship, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Metallurgist, focusing on daily reporting and sampling within the mine. Responsibilities include assisting with refinery tasks and performing laboratory test work. This position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety protocols across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data for daily production reports
• Conduct sampling for month-end inventory reconciliation
• Provide support in washing electrowinning cells
• Order reagents as necessary for operations
• Maintain laboratory equipment effectively
Requirements:
• 2nd or 3rd year in engineering program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid class G driver's license required
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to handle outdoor work and lift weights
