Intermediate Environmental Consultant at BBA

Location: Sherwood Park West

Join BBA as an Intermediate Environmental Consultant working out of either Sherwood Park or Red Deer, Alberta. Focus on environmental assessments and project leadership in various sectors.

In this role, you'll be integral to supporting project managers in developing comprehensive proposals and executing environmental impact assessments. You will predominantly work in the field, experiencing the dynamics of environmental project execution while building strong client relationships and promoting BBA’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project proposals and strategies

• Deliver environmental impact studies as a team leader

• Conduct field surveys and develop environmental reports

• Draft permit applications and authorization requests

• Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental science field

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in environmental projects

• Professional designation or qualifications for one

• Excellent writing ability and field survey expertise

• Knowledge of MS Office;
ArcGIS experience preferred
