Position: Metallurgical Engineering Graduate Role

Kickstart your career as a Junior Metallurgist with Alamos Gold Inc. in Dubreuilville, Ontario.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to assist with metallurgy operations in a full-time, shift-based environment.

In the Junior Metallurgist position, you will report directly to the Chief Metallurgist, supporting the team to meet production goals with safety and efficiency. Recent graduates from chemical or metallurgical engineering programs are encouraged to apply. You'll participate in activities such as analyzing production data, conducting laboratory testing, and preparing essential reagents, all while learning the ins and outs of the Milling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile daily reports and input operational data

• Execute month-end sampling for metal reconciliation

• Aid in gold pouring and cell washing processes

• Perform routine maintenance on lab and plant equipment

• Help prepare reagents for the Operations group

Requirements:

• Degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering

• No previous Mill experience required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred

• Must hold a valid class G driver's license

• Exceptional English communication skills required
