Engineering Project Lead at Bombardier

Location: Saint-Laurent-d'Orléans

Lead engineering projects at Bombardier’s Marcel-Laurin Plant. This role focuses on high-complexity rig testing and project management in a hybrid work model.

As a Professional Senior Engineering Project Lead, you will drive technical requirements and oversee the fabrication and testing of aircraft components. With over a decade of experience in aerospace or a similar field, you will prepare schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish comprehensive plans for structural and system test rigs

• Coordinate technical design and installation of aircraft components

• Prepare project schedules and track key milestones

• Conduct risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies

• Document budgets and manage change effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of experience

• Proven experience leading engineering and fabrication projects

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Familiarity with aircraft systems including avionics and hydraulics

• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program registration
