Responsibilities

Perform complex analyses to ensure continuous compliance with aircraft safety requirements.

Contribute to the development of RMAS tools and medium‑ and long‑term plans to meet program needs.

Update safety analyses and documents, such as compliance reports for aircraft safety assessments (AFHA, PASA, etc.) or common cause analyses (PRA, ZSA, etc.).

Propose solutions and participate in design modifications.

Work closely with A220 engineers, including suppliers, to implement design changes and resolve complex system issues.

Prepare airworthiness maintenance risk assessments.

Desired profile

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.

You have solid relevant experience, of at least ten years on development programs.

You have in‑depth knowledge of aircraft system safety and development assurance for several aircraft systems.

You are familiar with certification requirements and guidelines, such as CFR 14/CS Part 25, AC 25.1309, ARP 4754, ARP 4761, etc.

You are familiar with RMAS processes and tools and have management skills. Databases.

Experience in defining requirements and developing RMAS processes and tools would be a major asset.

You are a person who enjoys teamwork, shows initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and good judgment.
