Key Responsibilities:

• Support divisional management with significant improvement projects

• Utilize Lean methodologies and performance measurement techniques

• Manage change and develop training for plant personnel

• Present logistics solutions to senior leadership

• Conduct assessments and track improvement progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Frequent travel across North America required
