Position: Process Improvement Engineer Role

Elevate production efficiency as a Process Improvement Engineer focused on project management and engineering support. Leverage your expertise in CAD and regulatory standards for success.

This position seeks a skilled engineer to manage projects involving process improvements, capital expenditures, and new product launches. You will develop plant layouts, suggest process flow enhancements, and provide engineering support for maintenance operations. Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and QS regulations is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects focused on process improvements and capital expenditures

• Develop and maintain efficient plant layouts

• Assist in launching new products effectively

• Suggest improvements for optimal process flow

• Support floor maintenance with engineering expertise

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in relevant engineering field with 3-5 years experience

• Proficiency in CAD software required

• Background in consumer products and packaging

• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements

• Strong Excel and MRP systems skills

Drive process efficiency with strong engineering and regulatory knowledge in production environments.
