Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various improvement initiatives in manufacturing

• Facilitate workshops to engage project teams and stakeholders

• Address and resolve complex manufacturing issues

• Act as a change agent for project execution

• Create progress reports for management reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field

• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing setting

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Autonomous with a practical approach to problem-solving
