In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in automotive motor engineering, leading design initiatives and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include assessing motor specifications, conducting feasibility studies, and guiding technical resolutions in collaboration with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automotive electrical motor project developments

• Evaluate motor specifications and manage validation tests

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for project success

• Oversee engineering drawing creation and documentation

• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in relevant motor design

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar field

• Familiarity with automotive design practices (APQP, FMEA)

• Proficient in 3D engineering software tools

• English required;
Mandarin knowledge is advantageous
