IBW is seeking a dedicated Ontario Land Surveyor to join our quality control team. In this role, you will check and sign plans, ensure compliance across cadastral survey products, and mentor junior staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high standards within our surveying operations while sharing knowledge across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory oversight for all cadastral surveys

• Check and sign legal survey plans thoroughly

• Help develop staff’s cadastral knowledge

• Certify legal survey plans digitally across regions

• Offer feedback to improve workflow processes

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Land Surveyor designation in good standing

• Proficient in boundary calculations for projects

• Strong plan checking capabilities for legal surveys

• Experience in client management preferred

• Knowledge of related industries like engineering
