We are looking for a Project Lead to join our dynamic team serving mechanical and HVAC project needs across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a foundation as an HVAC Technician or Mechanical Technician and a keen interest in project management.

This role offers exposure to the entire project lifecycle alongside a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HVAC and mechanical projects efficiently from inception to completion

• Support the coordination of site activities and subcontractor work

• Attend meetings and collaborate with clients and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and budgetary limitations

• Help in scheduling and project reporting tasks
Requirements:

• Background in HVAC, air conditioning, or mechanical services

• Experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field

• Understanding of project coordination or site supervision

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Proactive mindset with ambition for growth in project management
