As an Engineer in Training, reporting to the Design Group Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle while collaborating across departments. Essential skills include excellent computer proficiency, knowledge of CAD programs like Creo, and project management experience. Your ability to understand farming practices and their associated technologies will drive continuous product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain equipment models and drawings

• Complete design analysis and refinements

• Write testing reports and follow through effectively

• Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders

• Identify areas for quality and cost improvements

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering

• 2-3 years of progressive engineering experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics

• Safety and LEAN training considered assets
