Location: Dundas
Drive innovation in welding automation with Liburdi Turbine Services as a Materials and Process Engineer. Work full-time to optimize robotic welding systems and collaborate across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in welding and materials engineering. This role emphasizes hands-on experience with robotic welding, metallurgical analyses, and program development. You will ensure fabrications meet rigorous specifications while providing technical guidance to welding technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop automated welding programs and processes
• Ensure welding conformity to technical specifications
• Analyze metallurgical samples and microstructures
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance fabrication processes
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving in welding tasks
Requirements:
• College or University degree in relevant engineering field
• Experience in welding and metallurgical processes
• Knowledge of welding fabrication standards
• Familiarity with defect analysis and microscopy
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
