Municipal Engineer & Project Manager Appleton

Location: Peterborough County and North Hastings County (Lakefield)

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for municipal clients, overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You'll have the chance to apply your extensive civil engineering expertise, managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring top quality in service delivery. Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, you'll coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants for optimal project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead municipal civil engineering projects affecting community infrastructure

• Develop proposals outlining scope and value for clients

• Manage project budgets across multiple engagements

• Establish and maintain client relationships in the Greater Appleton area

• Coordinate with civil staff and external consultants for project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited institution

• Wisconsin Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration required

• 8 years of civil engineering experience, including 2 years in management

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software

• Effective communication with municipal clients
