Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical mentorship and performance evaluations for staff
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and procedures
• Develop mining plans, including short-range and long-term strategies
• Analyze equipment capabilities and set production targets
• Provide necessary technical data for efficient supply chain operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in mining engineering or geology needed
• 3-5 years of mine technical staff supervision
• 5-7 years in developing mine plans
• Minimum 10 years involved in open pit mine environments
• P. Eng. license in Nunavut required or transferable
