In this pivotal role, you will analyze historical production data and implement reliability improvements at IKO's manufacturing site. Your extensive experience in process manufacturing and skills in predictive maintenance strategies will ensure safety and enhance product quality. Collaborate with teams to optimize maintenance systems using IBM Maximo and work towards overall plant effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement predictive maintenance systems using IBM Maximo
• Optimize cost-justified preventative maintenance strategies
• Provide CMMS training to end users
• Improve electrical and mechanical maintenance systems
• Analyze production losses and prioritize root cause efforts
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Reliability)
• Minimum 5 years in process manufacturing environments
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and CMMS
• Familiar with vibration analysis and condition monitoring
• Experience with preventive maintenance strategies
