Location: Norman Wells

We are seeking a Casino Executive. The brand is an Ontario-facing online casino. This role will report to the Senior Casino Manager and span several functional areas, including operations, product, content, promotions, and strategy.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Casino operation.
  • Manage and maintain the display of Casino content on the website, including promotional banners and game assets.
  • Oversee the setup and management of Casino campaign bonuses and offers.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in relationships with third-party Casino platform and game providers, helping shape product roadmap and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Casino offering is ocalised, competitive, and engaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate game performance, player trends, and content effectiveness; provide insights to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Support the identification, prioritisation, and implementation of Casino product improvements and innovations.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the wider business via detailed Casino reports, with a focus on analysis and actionable insights.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns for Casino players.
  • Propose and execute new initiatives and projects across the Casino vertical, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to support and analyse acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Liaise with Customer Support and operations teams to quickly resolve customer ssues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess competitor activity to help inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in Online Casino Operations and Product Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to conceptualise and implement ideas from start to finish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for gaming and entertainment.
