Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process jackpot payouts with accuracy
• Fill ticket printers and assist guests with inquiries
• Maintain and clean slot machines, resolving minor issues
• Complete bill exchanges and machine holds effectively
• Collaborate with management on gaming duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• One or more years of cash handling and customer service experience
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Adaptable and capable of managing physical demands
• Ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
