Lead the live music experience at Brandt’s new distillery venue in Canada. We seek a seasoned Entertainment Director with expertise in programming and artist relations to drive success.

Brandt is looking for a senior-level Entertainment Director to elevate our music venue. In this full-time role, you will leverage 7+ years of experience in venue programming to craft innovative strategies that attract top-tier artists. Your leadership will guarantee flawless event execution, while your industry relationships foster key partnerships for ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for booking national and local talent

• Manage an entertainment calendar featuring diverse events

• Handle negotiations and contracts with artists and promoters

• Oversee financial aspects including budgets and settlements

• Coordinate with production staff for smooth event execution

Requirements:

• 7+ years in venue programming or live entertainment

• Strong relationships within the live music industry

• Experience in venue opening or repositioning

• Knowledge of Canadian content regulations

• Familiarity with performance licensing and unions
