Position: Lead Level Designer for EA SPORTS

Join Electronic Arts as a Lead Level Designer for EA SPORTS, working hybrid in Orlando, FL or Victoria, BC. Your mission design expertise will play a critical role in shaping a new American Football game.

In this role, you'll report to a Creative Director and utilize your extensive experience in AAA game design to inspire a talented team. Your passion for immersive worlds and action-oriented gameplay will ensure that players are captivated and engaged. Collaborate across teams to develop high-quality playable environments and mission structures that enhance the gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the game vision set by leadership

• Design and implement compelling mission content

• Create engaging environments for player interaction

• Drive creativity among design teams and peers

• Communicate effectively for constructive critique

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of AAA game design experience

• Mastery of level design tools like Maya and 3DS Max

• Strong ability to assess risks and timelines

• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills

• Enthusiasm for American Football as a sport
