Pursue an exciting part-time Event Guards & Supervisor role managing event operations across various venues in Brampton, Oakville, and GTAA. Engage directly with event staff and venue teams.

As an Event Supervisor, you will lead from the front, overseeing security personnel during events ranging from concerts to private gatherings. This role demands leadership, top-notch communication, and organizational skills to ensure events run smoothly during key times, mainly on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff during event setup, execution, and cleanup

• Assign and clarify task responsibilities for staff

• Liaise between staff and venue representatives

• Ensure compliance with venue policies and timelines

• Monitor and assess staff performance throughout events

Requirements:

• Experience in supervisory roles preferred

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

• Reliable transportation to various event locations

• Valid Ontario Security Licence required
