I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Financial Controller for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.
Mission   - Support management in improving financial performance and monitoring key indicators.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses essential to decision-making.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget with internal teams and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Gather the necessary documentation for external audits.
- Monitor investment projects and costs related to operational activities.
- Verify the accuracy of production costs and ensure rigorous internal control.

Your profile   - University degree in accounting.
- CPA professional designation.
- Approximately 7 to 9 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with integrated management systems (ERP).
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, organized, and methodical.
- Positive leadership and effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

PROCESS:
Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
