You will discover financial needs, tailor product recommendations, and connect customers with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners. The position also supports accounts, digital products, fraud awareness, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Build lasting customer relationships and discover financial needs
- Recommend tailored products and services for customers
- Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners
- Operate a teller drawer in lobby and drive-up
- Open accounts and assist with digital products
- One to three years customer service, financial service, or sales experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
